Internal Marketing: Rainbow Community School

Getting faculty on the same page with a new internal website.

Involved setting up Google Workspace to function as an internal website that all teachers and faculty could access for communications, trainings, docs, etc.

Helped migrate all employees, faculty, and teachers to new email system (outlook to gmail). Showed them how to navigate the new platform and access the private Google Site to find docs/resources.

The whole process took about 8 months until everyone was comfortable on the new system and using it as intended.

(This project was in addition to helping the school with external marketing to get new students enrolled.)
